It is quiet and affordable since I'm in transition I go here ..not much traffic and it helps
Room service would be my only complaint not all of them just 1 middle aged Hispanic lady she complains about doing what she gets paid to do dare leave dirt on the floor and shell complain, all other room services have been wonderful they sweep and mop the floor change trash bags, till it comes to that specific Hispanic lady I had to go look for her to put trash bags and towels in my room that she "cleaned" floor wasn't mopped nor swept then proceeded to blame the young lady who she is training. The front office staff have been very nice and helpful throughout my stay.
It’s a $50 motel it’s exactly what and how I thought it would be with less noise. I think the laundry room was down at the time. I’ve seen worse places in Houston so ….
Staff are very nice and personable. I kind of go there often. They have rules and they fully intend for you to stick to them or be banned. It's a nice cheap hotel if you just need a break.
This side of Houston isn't the best lol but we needed a room and we were able to get one for $205. (1 week for 1 bed.) Front desk & housekeeping were helpful and respectful.
Rooms very clean and nice.. customer service was great ..and affordable. Enjoyed my over night stay ...I shall return.. hopefully. Pool will be open next time...
I'm a single mother who was experiencing hardship and the weekly rent is extremely important on my budget. The security guard on nights help me and my daughter feel comfortable. The washing machine saves me money on the property. The office staff are very friendly and helpful . The maintenance staff response to the property calls in minutes , pool is always clean and open. Property is clean always. The housekeeping staff friendly and clean rooms excellent . WiFi excellent . Metro bus stop everywhere in walking distance and Metro Railway station also
I enjoy the place, yes it's an older motel just off the freeway. it's nothing like the pictures. staff are very attentive. there are some rooms that have roaches. at 210 a week you can't beat it
Front desk staff was very rude especially the lady with curly hair and glasses and the housekeeping staff is lazy they don't clean anything and they complain about everything except for the one male housekeeper they have hes such a sweetheart and cleaned up every thing very well.....I hope he sees his potential and gets to a better job because they don't deserve him
Love this place great prices, clean rooms and the cleaning staff and the front desk staff ms Mary is awesome and very sweet.. security guard Joseph and jesse are always walking around making sure everything is ok and we are safe.. would definitely stay here again..
